Kay’s Crab Cakes
- Fresh lump crab meat
Per 1 pound of crabmeat use:
- 1 egg
- 2 TBSP. mayo
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1-2 shakes Worcestershire
- 1-2 shakes pepper.
Preparation
Use butter to grease the griddle.
Mix together and spoon patties onto hot griddle. It was hard to make patties that stuck together enough until they got hot and fried up a little.
Just brown on both sides and serve up hot – yum!!
