I stumbled across this Fudge Pie recipe on TastyKitchen and I am super excited to make it for New Years. I don’t think you can go wrong with anything that has the words fudge and pie in it. I hope you guys try this out and if you do make sure and let me know what you think.
- 2 ounces, weight Semi-sweet Chocolate
- 1 stick Butter, Cubed
- 4 whole Eggs Beaten
- 1-½ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 dash Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Light Corn Syrup ( Like Karo)
- 1 whole 9 Inch Pie Shell
Melt the chocolate and butter together over low heat in a saucepan.
Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt and corn syrup together in a separate bowl until well combined.
Combine chocolate and egg mixture, making sure to mix well.
Pour into a pie shell and bake for 30-40 minutes in a 375F oven.
