Kaitlin’s Chocolate Eclair Cake

So a lot of my recipes come from wine nights and this is another fantastic dessert that was brought by kaitlin.  I haven’t had it in a while so I am thinking I may have to cook it up soon!

 

Chocolate Eclair Cake

  • 2 small pkgs of French Vanilla pudding( or 1 large)
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 large container of Cool Whip
  • 1 box of graham crackers
  • 1 can of milk chocolate frosting

 

Preparation:

Use 3 cups of milk to prepare the instant pudding .  Let chill in refrigerator for 5 minutes.

 

Add 1 large container of Cool Whip to pudding.

 

Layer in 9×13 pan:  One layer of graham crackers(whole).  One layer of pudding mixture.  One layer of graham crackers.  One layer of pudding mixture.  One layer of graham crackers-last layer.

 

Frost with milk chocolate frosting mix.

 

Refrigerate if not serving immediately.
