Stop Monkeying Around & Eat Up!

I saw this recipe on The View  forever ago and it is absolutely delicious.  It was on a Paula Deen episode and I believe it is in her kid friendly cookbook.

 

Paula Deen’s Monkey Bread

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 30 buttermilk canned refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

 

Preparation

Spray bundt pan with baking spray (four/butter) and preheat oven to 350°

 

Combine sugar and cinnamon, cut biscuits into 4ths with cooking scissors, and toss biscuits into cinnamon mixture.  Line bundt pan with biscuits.

 

  Melt butter, add brown sugar and bring to a boil.  Pour mixture over biscuits and bake for 30 minutes.

 

Remove from pan while HOT!
