I have never tried this one, but I don’t think you can go wrong with any recipe that calls for Tostitos and cheese! Thanks Mary for sending me something new to try.
- 1 8 0z. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Cup shredded mont. jack (jalapeno)
- 1/2-3/4 Cup frozen sweet corn
- 1 egg
- 1 jalapeno (chopped)
- 1 bag of Tostito Scoops
Preheat oven to 350°
Mix together all ingredients except for the Jalapeno and tostitos.
Cover the bottom of a Tostitos Scoop with chopped jalapeno, then put a teaspoon of cheesy, corn mixture on top.
Bake @ 350 on aluminum foil covered pan for 20-22 minutes.
