This looks like a great drink recipe sent in by Mariann. She said they had this at Bacco’s Italian restraunt this past weekend in Charleston and that it was amazing. Cheers!
- lemon or peach sorbetto
- Prosecco( Italian sparkling wine)
For 1 glass:
1/4 cup sorbetto
1 shot vodka
Put in wine glass, stir, and fill to top with Prosecco
For large group:
Mix sorbetto with vodka and freeze (you can add as much or as little vodka as you like)
remove from freezer, soften, and dip mixture into individual glasses. Fill with Prosecco.
